1. Parents need to give the children’s phone number to the relevant leader so it shows that they are happy for them to participate
2. The link to the zoom chat is sent to the parents rather than the children.
3. It is important that the children dress appropriately and the camera is not pointing to anywhere unhelpful especially if the children are in their bedrooms.
4. It is worth choosing the settings so that the children need a password to join the meeting.
